How does the 'Try Before You Buy' program work?
Each full-size fragrance comes with a 2ml sample vial. Try the sample first for 7 days; if you love it, keep the full bottle. If not, return the unopened full-size bottle for a full refund.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Snif products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or synthetic dyes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for open products?
To maintain safety and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on full-size products that remain sealed in their original packaging. This is why we provide a trial sample with every order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, though we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in fulfillment.
Do you offer international shipping?
