We want you to find your signature scent with zero pressure, which is why we offer a 14-day window to try your full-size bottle after using the included sample vial. If it's not a perfect match, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges to ensure you're never stuck with a fragrance you don't love.

Return Process

  Test the Sample

  Before opening your full-size product, use the 2ml sample vial included in your order to experience the fragrance on your skin throughout the day.

  Initiate Your Request

  If the scent isn't right, visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email, then pack your unopened full-size bottle securely in its original packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unopened product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
